We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and oversee low-voltage system projects, including CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm Systems, and Public Address Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare project-related documentation such as BOQs, drawings, and compliance reports.
2. Execution & Monitoring
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, and PA systems.
- Track project progress and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
3. Client & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the execution team.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
4. Technical Support
- Provide technical inputs during project design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Verify system integration and configuration to match project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations.
5. Documentation & Handover
- Maintain detailed site reports, progress records, and official correspondence.
- Support project billing, invoicing, and documentation for project closure.
- Ensure proper handover of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and client training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, Mandotary in CCTV, networking, or fire alarm systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of low-voltage systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
