Project Co-Ordinator – (CCTV, Networking ,&Fire Alarm Systems)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and oversee low-voltage system projects, including CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm Systems, and Public Address Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare project-related documentation such as BOQs, drawings, and compliance reports.

2. Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, and PA systems.
• Track project progress and resolve any site-related issues promptly.

3. Client & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the execution team.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

4. Technical Support

• Provide technical inputs during project design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Verify system integration and configuration to match project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations.

5. Documentation & Handover

• Maintain detailed site reports, progress records, and official correspondence.
• Support project billing, invoicing, and documentation for project closure.
• Ensure proper handover of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and client training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, Mandotary in CCTV, networking, or fire alarm systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of low-voltage systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
