Job Brief

We are hiring an experienced Project Construction Manager (Site Based) for the Design & Build upgrade and renovation works for the Ministry of Sports and Youth Facilities South Sector Package 1.

You will lead all site activities and manage the project from start to finish. You will guide teams, control progress, and ensure the project is safe, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction works
• Plan and control daily site operations
• Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality
• Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with local and regional authorities
• Identify risks and solve site challenges quickly
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years overall construction experience
• At least 8 years managing major regional or international projects
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager
• Strong experience in upgrade and renovation projects
• Good knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Membership in a Chartered body is preferred (not mandatory)
• Proven record of delivering successful projects
