Project Control Director (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Director to lead and oversee project controls functions across large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering (mandatory)
• Higher qualifications (Master’s degree or equivalent) are desirable
• Professional membership is mandatory (PMI, RICS, ICE, or equivalent)

Experience & Key Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of relevant project controls experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Proven background with international PMC or international EPC contractors
• Strong experience working under EPC / LSTK contract structures
• Demonstrated experience on major industrial facilities
• Oil & Gas project experience is strongly preferred
• Extensive expertise in:
• Planning and scheduling
• Cost control and forecasting
• Progress measurement and reporting
• Risk management and change control
• Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Ability to establish and lead integrated project controls systems and governance frameworks
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with clients, contractors, and senior management

Location & Mobility

• Flexible location within Saudi Arabia
• Preferably based in Riyadh or Khobar
• Domestic travel within KSA required as per project needs

This role is suited for a seasoned project controls professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capability, and a proven track record delivering complex industrial and Oil & Gas projects in the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼60,000.00 - ﷼65,000.00 per month
