Project Control Engineer

Position :Project Control Engineer

Years of Experience : 7 TO 10 YEARS

Qualification : Bachelor of Mechanical /Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree in engineering

Ø Must have skills

· 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or control roles.

· Strong skills in Excel, Word, and project reporting tools.

· Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

· Experience handling project documentation, manufacturing.

· Ability to work collaboratively with both office and site teams.

· Knowledge of construction/engineering workflows and documentation practices.

Experience in infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

· Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.

· Coordinate closely with site supervisors to gather daily/weekly updates on site activities, progress, and issues.

· Track and monitor project costs, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with approved plans.

· Assist in planning and progress tracking of materials, manpower, and equipment.

· Prepare project progress reports, including summaries, cost analysis, and status updates weekly and monthly.

· Support project teams with internal processes such as invoicing, procurement tracking, and workflow management.

· Identify potential delays or risks and support in developing mitigation plans, report to the Project Manager.

· Comply with company standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.

· Support the Project Manager in smooth project execution by coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation across teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
