Project Control Engineer

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or Engineering (Electrical / Instrument)

2. Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP or project management training (useful for EPC projects)

3. Experience

• 2–5 years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC projects, or Manufacturing industries highly desirable.

4. Core Competencies

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, PO management, and vendor relations.
• Ability to monitor and track production progress and delivery commitments.
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating delays, escalating issues, and coordinating with internal teams (engineering, QA/QC, logistics, finance).
• Knowledge of ERP systems for procurement & expediting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and tracking.

5. Soft Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier follow-up.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to resolve bottlenecks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

6. Other Requirements

• Understanding of quality assurance, inspection, and certification processes (for technical procurement).
• Willingness to travel to supplier locations or ports if needed.
• Multilingual ability (English + local/regional languages) is an advantage in global procurement.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
