Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6.

Perform critical path analysis and resource levelling to ensure timely project delivery.

Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports highlighting deviations and proposing corrective.
Cost Control & Budget Management:

Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.

Conduct cost variance analyses and implement measures to maintain budget adherence.
-
Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to align expenditures with project milestones.
Project Setup & Controls Implementation:

Collaborate with project management and document control teams to establish effective project control systems.

Define and implement project control processes, tools, and procedures in line with company standards.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:

Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including progress, cost, and schedule updates.

Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
-
6–7 years of experience in project controls within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on offshore and onshore projects.

Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases.
-
Prior involvement in ADNOC projects or major oil and gas projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project control software such as Primavera P6.

Strong understanding of cost control methodologies and project scheduling techniques.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Middle East.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience with ADNOC-specific requirements and standards.

Background with reputed EPC contractors operating in the Middle East.

Familiarity with International regulatory standards and project execution practices.
