Scope & Responsibilities for PCM:

  • Provide leadership to planning engineers, schedulers and cost engineers to plan, monitor, and control the execution of the project within the time and budgetary parameters, optimizing resource utilization. Experience with managing projects upward of $75 Million.
  • Lead the development and implementation of project control systems, processes, and tools.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project costs, track variances, and ensure adherence to budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on project performance, including schedule and cost trends, earned value, and forecasts.
  • Support project teams with data-driven insights for effective decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and reporting formats where applicable.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Excel, cost control systems, and risk analysis tools.
  • Proven experience in both onshore and offshore EPC environments.
  • ADNOC project or GCC experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and project performance metrics.
  • PMP or CCP certification is a plus.
