**Position Overview:**
The Project Control Manager Engineer for the Abu Qir Metro (AQM) will oversee all project control aspects for this underground construction initiative. The role requires a highly skilled professional in project management, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of project controls experience in construction, specifically with underground metro or railway projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and financial tools.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (PMP, RICS) are desirable.

**Working Conditions:**
Site visits to construction locations may be required, including underground environments. Flexibility for extended hours or weekends may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
