Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Control & Reporting Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project budget controls, tracking project schedules, preparing project cost reports, and managing customer invoice processes. This role requires strong analytical and reporting skills combined with technical engineering knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Track and update project schedules, reporting progress to management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed project cost and progress reports.
• Coordinate and share customer invoices in line with contractual requirements.
• Support project managers in identifying cost variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting for project performance.
• Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and project teams to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience (min. 3–5 years) in project controls, cost control, or reporting within EPC or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Excel/ERP systems.
• Experience in project cost reporting and customer billing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
