Project Controls Expert

We are hiring Project Controls Expert to join one of our major clients based in Riyadh, KSA.

Employment Type - 12 months & etendable contract

Job Summary

Overseeing project controls functions across large-scale, complex projects, by bringing deep knowledge in cost control, planning and scheduling, risk management, and earned value management (EVM), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in real estate project controls, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.
• A proven track record of dynamic and successful leadership in project delivery and/or project management for mega/giga projects, ideally in KSA, including the Saudi government ecosystem.
• A proven track record of deploying forward-looking strategic, managerial, and operational methods.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of governing bodies, committees, and regulatory organizations for the development sector within KSA.
• Expertise in following software:
• Planning & Scheduling such as Primavera P6, MS Project
• Cost Control & EVM such as Deltek Cobra, EcoSys, Prism, SAP, Oracle ERP
• Reporting & Dashboards such as Power BI, Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Document Control & Collaboration such as Aconex, SharePoint, Procore
• Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and emerging industry innovations.

Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is desirable
• CCP (Certified Cost Professional) – AACE International is desirable
• PSP/PMI-SP – AACE International is desirable
