Project Controls Manager – Major Civil/Infra Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead all cost and schedule control functions across large-scale civil infrastructure projects. The role will oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, scheduling, progress reporting, and performance analysis to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. You will work closely with project leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to provide accurate project insights, mitigate risks, and drive project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and monitor project cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee schedule development, updates, and critical path analysis.
• Implement project controls systems, dashboards, and KPIs for major civil projects.
• Lead progress measurement, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of cost and schedule data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost & schedule controls for large civil/ infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls tools (Primavera P6, Cost Control systems, dashboards).
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
