Project Coordinator

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating project management processes for various initiatives within the organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment while working closely with experienced project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date project documentation and tracking logs.
  • Attends stakeholder meetings and prepares concise follow-up notes.
  • Track project performance using reporting tools and escalate risks when needed.
  • Follow up with internal and external contributors to close pending actions.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
  • Support adherence to project processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CAPM certification or project management training.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with basic project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

  • Understanding of project lifecycle stages and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling concepts.
