Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all office management activities for Sprint Egypt.
• Accountable of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) of SSC Cairo to guarantee proper delivery service during critical periods/situations that may limit resources and have an impact on the operations.
• Supports in ensuring adherence of office location to SHE standards.
• Coordinate and follow up on Contracts for all SSC related providers (Real estate, facility, maintenance etc.).
Project Management Responsibilities:
• Follow up on ongoing project plans to ensure stability whilst shifting processes.
• Run regular KPI reports.
• Supports Project manager in any audit preparation (Internal or external).
• Supports Project manager in Cross Process Quality Topics.
• Supports in collection, documentation, completion and promotion of process improvement projects and initiatives.
• Leads cross process quality topics.
• Supports in building Capacity management tools and FTE controls to guarantee the service delivery.
+ Supports HR in all events related to employee engagement including monthly events.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of business administration or relevant Field Experience / Skills:
•Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
•2+ years of experience (Preferably in Project Management)
•Fluent English
•Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
