project coordinator

The Project Coordinator (Fit-Out) /with joinery experience is responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of interior fit-out projects with emphasis on joinery experience, ensuring smooth execution from design through completion. This role involves liaising between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing fit-out projects according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with design teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project workflow.

Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and procurement logs.

Track material orders and delivery schedules to avoid site delays.

Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations; report discrepancies to the Project Manager.

Conduct site visits to check progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Organize and participate in site meetings, preparing minutes of meeting (MOM) and follow-up action plans.

Assist in resolving technical or operational issues to maintain smooth project execution.

Ensure proper documentation for inspections, approvals, and handovers.

Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks and coordination between stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction coordination.

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
