Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator/Secretary to manage coordination across multiple departments. The role involves tracking business operations, collecting updates, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely reporting to the management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various departments to gather updates on ongoing tasks and projects.

Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare and share periodic reports with management on project and business status.

Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to management for resolution.

Support in planning, organizing, and monitoring cross-departmental activities.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure follow-up on pending tasks.

Assist management in driving alignment between teams and business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Project Management tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
