Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in solar or related EPC industries. The role requires someone who understands how solar projects function end-to-end and can coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams: Government Liasoning, Design, Procurement, Accounts and execution.
• Track and maintain project schedules, deliverables and milestones .
• Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior management on project progress.
• Follow up with respective departments for status updates, documentation, and approvals .
• Assist the project team in preparing MIS reports, trackers and dashboards .
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants and government authorities) as needed.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to management proactively.
• Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain organized records of project documents, approvals and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field .
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination in Solar.
• Good understanding of solar project lifecycle – from design to procurement, execution, and commissioning.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; exposure to project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
