Project Coordinator

Sky Arch is looking for a confident and energetic person for the role of Project Coordinator. We are looking for a welcoming, positive and friendly natured person for this position.

* Job Role:-

- Good communication skills needed.

-Conduct first meetings with the client and understanding the clients requirements and their ideas and communicating with them according to the space.

- Maintain relations with the design team and convey the clients vision and queries and develop and reconfirm the designs and drawings.

- Software Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max and other designing softwares.

- Willingness to learn new softwares as well as staying informed about the new trends and materials in interior designing.

- Making sure the designs are done according to the site conditions and the submission of the plans and designs are on time.

- Conduct discussions with the client related to designs, the work flow, work updates till project handover.

- Oversee the execution of projects are according to the set plan and manpower with the changes.

- Present proper reports to the management as well as to the required persons at required times.

- Knowledge in cutting list will be an added advantage.

* Minimum qualification : B.Arch/ B.tech/Diploma/Related.

* Languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi

* 2 wheeler/ 4 wheeler license mandatory.

Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/-

Office working hours: 9:30 to 5:30

Office working days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Ulloor, Trivandrum.
