Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless coordination between teams, vendors, clients, and management. The role involves planning, tracking project progress, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or issues to management.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Document and maintain project records, including agreements, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project status and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Support management in cost control, billing verification, and project audits.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 9 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, MS Project, and documentation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
