Project Coordinator

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for accurately recording, managing, and servicing all customer administration and orders to a high standard. Customer records form the foundation for workflows that drive billing, payments, build, and operations. As such, this position directly contributes to cash flow, cost management, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Education: Further education with strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience in the exhibition industry or a sales administration background is preferred.
  • Training: Full training will be provided on sales administration processes, including critical technologies and order management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
