Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our consultancy team in delivering strategic projects to clients across various sectors. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth project operations, maintaining timelines, coordinating resources, and providing administrative and analytical support to consultants and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring consulting projects.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.

Track project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as a key point of contact for clients on project updates and scheduling.

Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and progress reports.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.

Resource & Logistics Management

* Schedule project activities, assign tasks, and follow up with internal team members.

* Manage project calendars, logistics, and communication channels.

* Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement requests.

Quality & Compliance

* Ensure that project processes comply with internal standards and methodologies.

* Support in implementing quality assurance and risk management practices.

* Maintain accurate and updated records for audits and project reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a consultancy or professional services firm.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello), and documentation systems.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred

* Certification in project management (PMP ) is a plus.

* Experience coordinating projects across different sectors (healthcare, finance, technology, government, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
