About the Role

Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our engineering and project management team in steel construction projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Manage documentation including MIR (Material Inspection Requests), WIR (Work Inspection Requests), prequalification documents, and delivery notes.
• Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and escalate risks/delays.
• Support site visits and inspections for quality and compliance.
• Maintain project records, approvals, and handover documentation.
• Utilize digital/AI tools to improve efficiency in documentation and reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company policies are implemented in all project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or related field).
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination (steel structures experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project documentation, processes, and site execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
