Project Coordinator

Squarera is a fast-growing technology company specializing in Data Engineering and digital solutions. We're looking for a Associate Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, and execution. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating projects from initiation to delivery
• Track project progress and report on key milestones and deadlines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, QA, and Product
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items
• Help manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope or timeline
• Support project documentation and client communication

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to or interest in Data Engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, cloud platforms, etc.)
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams
• Familiarity with tools like Git, SQL, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
