Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply for and follow up on project related work permits, NOCs, and approvals with relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and clients to gather required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all permits, approvals, and related correspondence.
  • Ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses to avoid project delays.
  • Track and monitor the approval process, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of work permits and approvals.
  • Support the project team with administrative coordination tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator in construction/fit-out/MEP projects
  • Preparing, submitting, and following up on project related work permits, approvals, and NOCs required for project execution.
  • Immediate joiner required.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
