Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects — ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project timelines.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
  • Organize and manage project documentation and approvals.
  • Support in resource allocation and logistics planning for events and installations.
  • Address issues, delays, or conflicts promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Events, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Must be flexible to work on-site and during events as required.
