Project Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our residential and commercial projects (fit-out). The candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling Civil and Interior Fit-out works.
• Co-ordination of projects with vendors & consultants.
• Bill verification and quality inspections.
• Planning and Execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Post graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project coordination within both residential and commercial project (Fit-out).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age below 35

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
