Overview:
Omnicom Global Soltuions India is seeking Project Coordinator/Client Services Executive. This role provides essential administrative and project support throughout all stages of project delivery and operations. Responsibilities include populating SOWs, project set-up, maintaining internal folders and trackers, managing timelines, supporting invoicing and budget processes, and ensuring timely MIS and D365 updates. The role also coordinates expert and vendor activities, assists with contracting administration, managing encore and event logistics, and supporting the team with reminders, meeting
notes, and resource requests.

Mandatory Skills: Project Coordinator, SOWs, project set-up, maintaining internal folders and trackers, managing timelines, supporting invoicing and budget processes, and ensuring timely MIS and D365 updates.
Responsibilities:
Client & Agency Service:
Project Administration: Populate SOW templates, set up new projects, timeline management and updates, and manage internal folders to ensure smooth project initiation and organization-
Systems and Process Management: Update MIS and D365 systems, including creating purchase orders and adding job numbers, costs and fees, and maintain trackers, grids, and status sheets for accurate project monitoring.

Financial Support: Coordinate internal invoicing processes, including monthly collation and checks, support budget development, and liaise with finance as needed.

Team Coordination and Communication: Send reminders for weekly action items, manage meeting filenotes, and facilitate requests for knowledge center links, QR codes, and poster printing/shipping

Event and Encore Management: Set up and oversee encore management processes, support expert and vendor coordination, and provide administrative assistance for expert contracting and event logistics

Qualifications:

Experience with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, data entry, and tracking.

Exposure to administrative or project support tasks, such as organizing files, updating trackers, or supporting team communications (through internships, coursework, or entry-level roles).

Familiarity with handling invoices, budgets, or simple financial processes is advantageous but not essential.

Comfortable learning new systems or tools (e.g., MIS, D365) and following established procedures.
