Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the execution of PEB projects in line with approved schedules and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (Design, Purchase, and Site Execution) to ensure project requirements are met.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and support the Project Manager in resolving issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation — including schedules, progress reports, material status, and site updates.
- Monitor and follow up on material dispatches, fabrication, and erection activities.
- Assist in ensuring safety, quality, and cost compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project correspondence and communicate key updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of project MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements between sites and head office.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of PEB structure components (primary, secondary, sheeting, accessories, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in project coordination within the PEB / steel construction / industrial building domain.
- Experience in handling multi-site projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
