Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of PEB projects in line with approved schedules and specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (Design, Purchase, and Site Execution) to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and support the Project Manager in resolving issues proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation — including schedules, progress reports, material status, and site updates.
  • Monitor and follow up on material dispatches, fabrication, and erection activities.
  • Assist in ensuring safety, quality, and cost compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project correspondence and communicate key updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of project MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements between sites and head office.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of PEB structure components (primary, secondary, sheeting, accessories, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4–5 years of experience in project coordination within the PEB / steel construction / industrial building domain.
  • Experience in handling multi-site projects will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
