About the Role

As the Project Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Design & Development team by ensuring the smooth, day-to-day execution of our projects. You will be responsible for all administrative and tracking activities, freeing up our subject matter experts to focus on building great products.


Experience required: 2-5 years

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with development teams and SMEs to track daily progress and capture project status.
  • Proactively monitor and track all project deliverables and course assets.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and capture key updates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Time Tracker Sheet (TTS) for project progress.
  • Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports with D&D leads.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of documentation for our products, including IPR.
  • Support course delivery by assisting with course packaging and deployment activities.
  • Leverage GenAI for quality, productivity, and ways to automate routine activities using GenAI.

  • A detail-oriented and organized professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting.
  • A proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
  • Enjoys working in an adrenaline flowing multi-tasking environment.
