Vendor and Supplier Coordination

  • Communicate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables with vendors and suppliers.
  • Follow up on material delivery schedules to ensure timely availability at the site or for production.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and contractual terms.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with the procurement and finance teams

Customer Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact between the company and customers during project execution.
  • Share regular project status updates, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in documentation related to project handover, delivery notes, and completion reports.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal departments for resolution

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise between departments such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Accounts to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Support project managers in maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Arrange internal review meetings and maintain minutes of meetings.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, material status reports, and client communication logs.
  • Compile project completion reports and customer sign-offs.
  • Ensure all project-related documentation is filed and archived properly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
