Training Setup & Logistics: Prepare the Training Support Desk, Auditorium, and Registration areas with required materials (binders, laptops, signage, and rosters).

  • Attendee Support: Greet and direct staff to the correct orientation or training location; assist with wayfinding and session check-in.
  • Trainer Coordination: Distribute, collect, and upload training rosters; communicate with trainers and leadership for missing materials or updates.
  • Issue Management: Serve as the first point of contact for on-site issues and coordinate with the Manager of the Week (MOW) or activation team when escalation is needed.
  • Technology & Access: Operate assigned laptops, phones, and surface hubs; ensure all signage and digital tools are active and accurate.
  • Daily & Weekly Closeout: Complete end-of-shift and end-of-week procedures—organize materials, turn off equipment, and secure all items in designated storage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
