About the Job:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the preparations, execution, close-out of the Projects. The Project Coordinator will coordinate the Project activities with other departments to ensure all Projects are managed efficiently.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Project Coordinator in controlling detailed scope of work.

Direct day to day communication with clients, both internal and external

Supports the Project Coordinator with the execution of projects

Ensuring that planning and operational support is correct and present for projects.

Support the preparation of Project action list and update regularly.

Support the preparation of internal Project plan and Project action list.
-
Support Project with input for project preparation and execution.
-
Communicate and organize Project requirements with other departments.

Prepare and follow up on Project deliverables issued directly by clients or project manager.

Project Coordinator in organizing and prepare Project meetings and updates.

Offer support to other departments to prepare tenders, including operational feasibility and documentation.

Project Coordinator to review and prepare invoices for clients.

Perform site visits, attend safety meetings and client meetings as required.

Through your department team ensure complete, accurate, and timely execution and delivery.

Responsible for supporting project manager in Project budgeting and cost control

Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy lift engineering industry (crane lifting, conventional and SPMT land transports, and jacking and skidding).

Preferably with heavy lift engineering experience in the Middle East region.

Preferably with a driving license in UAE/Saudi/Qatar or at least from the country of origin.

Excellent English writing skills and Microsoft competency

Ability to prioritize and multi-task
