We are a company specialized in interior fit out work, looking to hire a talented, Project Coordinator with excellent and proven experience to join our Project team.
Job Description:
To assist the complete project execution process to ensure completion of the project within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer's satisfaction and maintain companies Goodwill and continuity of business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
· Preparation of Project Plan and schedule project timelines.
· Preparation of project tasks and resource requirements.
· Preparation of necessary approvals & materials required to complete the project on time.
· Execute the project according to the project plan.
· Develop forms and records to document project activities.
· Assemble coordinate & control project Team.
· Provide support to project team.
· Quality assurance.
· Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of AutoCAD is must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Command over English Language. (oral and written)
Must have good knowledge in office fit out works.
