We are seeking a proactive and organized Project & Delivery Coordinator to support our Strategic Advisory consulting team. The primary objective of this role is to streamline internal coordination, ensure timely delivery of client outputs, and assist senior consultants by managing recurring tasks, reminders, and project visibility.
The role does not require technical expertise in finance or accounting, but it demands high-level coordination, structured follow-up, and strong communication. You will act as a right-hand support to the partners and leads, ensuring that team energy is channelled effectively toward execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central point-of-contact for tracking and updating delivery status across all advisory dimensions: Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Compliance.
Ensure that major audit client tasks and follow-ups are actively monitored, and no deadlines are missed.
Maintain and regularly update client-specific project trackers including deliverables, dependencies, pending items, and visit plans.
Support in compiling and sending weekly/monthly client deliverable summaries.
Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, client calls, site/warehouse visits, and staff assignments.
Maintain updated meeting minutes, client call notes, visit reports, and follow-up sheets.
Enquire whether key meetings (internal or client-facing) were attended and ensure minutes have been shared, including follow-up with Partners. (Note: No need to understand content of discussions, only ensure documentation and updates are in place)
Monitor client WhatsApp groups, ensuring they are active, and flagging any direct/personal communication outside protocol.
Confirm recurring deliverables are completed — including MIS, compliance checklists, visit reports, reconciliations, etc.
Act as executive secretary to Partners, helping them stay on track with commitments, tracking follow-ups, and filtering workload.
Liaise with junior staff to enquire status on specific client deliverables, while overall responsibility remains with the team leads.
Escalate potential delays, blocks, or client complaints with suggested action plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1–3 years experience in admin/project coordination, preferably in a consulting or client service environment.
High ownership, accountability, and follow-up discipline.
Ability to deal with multiple projects and competing priorities with calmness and clarity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable dealing with senior management and junior team alike.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Web, and tools like Trello or ClickUp (or willing to learn fast).
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
Friendly, structured, and execution-focused personality.
