Position: Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our project management team. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for structure and effective workflow management. In this role, you will support ongoing projects, handle coordination tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment between internal teams and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, task delegation, and progress tracking.
- Assist in preparing project timelines, scope documentation, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project activities, identify potential issues or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and well organized.
- Contribute to workflow improvements and help ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients for requirement gathering and clarification.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within an IT/software environment.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with web/mobile projects.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and confidence in independent problem-solving.
