Job Description

The ITC Project Coordinator role supports configuration services with detailed work instructions, resource requirements, and scoped timelines for client projects. They provide project support to resources across multiple teams (Sales, services sales executives, solution architects, ISSR and fulfillment) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and budget. They may also coordinate with multiple project managers (Pre-sales and Delivery). They can be dedicated to a joint project or a small number of significant/highly complex customer projects/deliverables simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports project activities, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring:
  • Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
  • Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Changes that affect scope, schedule, and resources are identified, managed, communicated, and controlled.
  • Scope is followed, approved, managed, and controlled, ensuring completed deliverables are agreed upon and signed off by the client.
  • The schedule is developed and managed by the team leads, who ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently.

Qualification Work Experience

  • Degree in IT or related discipline
  • Four to Five (4-5) years of relevant work experience in IT project coordination or related role
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.
  • Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
