Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project communication and ensure timely, quality delivery.
Oversee project planning, monitoring, and execution.
Serve as Scrum Master, preparing reports and leading daily stand-ups.
Conduct sprint refinement, planning, and retrospective meetings.
Engage in client communication, ensuring commitments are met without delays.
Identify gaps in the team and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Proactively escalate issues to prevent visibility at the client level.
Assess and provide essential training where needed.
Build and maintain a professional and supportive culture that fosters employee growth while achieving company goals.

Must-Have Skills & Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS), IT, Project Management, or a related field, with 2-3 years of proven experience in project coordination or a related role within the IT field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Strong management skills to oversee project execution.
Ability to identify gaps, optimize resource utilization, and ensure smooth project execution.
Experience in tracking project progress, resource utilization, and employee performance through proper documentation and reports.
Ability to assess training needs and implement training programs.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges, risks, and conflicts.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
