Assist in planning and execution of projects.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers in Clickup.
Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Identify and escalate project risks, bottlenecks, or issues to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Assist in preparing status updates, presentations, and performance reports.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support role (preferably in marketing).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools (Click up, Trello, Asana, or similar).
Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
Knowledge of basic project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Core Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving and proactive follow-up attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certification in Project Management (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar) is an advantage.
Experience working in a marketing, IT, or creative agency environment.
