Job Title: Project Manager

Department: Projects Department

Reporting Line: Projects Director / Projects GM

Job Location: On-site (Egypt & Abroad)

Responsibilities:

• Set and manage project timelines to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project progress, conduct meetings, and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Manage client expectations, government approvals, and stakeholder relations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to construction sequences, budgets, and schedules.
• Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (PMP preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in construction, project management, infrastructure, industrial development, or real estate development.
• Certification: MBA is a plus.
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical expertise.
• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
• Languages: Excellent English proficiency.
