Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope
• Coordinate between teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Define project scope, timelines, and milestones
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
• Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven project management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Bitrix24, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience working in tech or software development
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
