Project Coordinator

XAutonomous is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating between cross-functional internal teams and supporting daily project activities. This role involves maintaining clear communication, tracking progress, and ensuring that all team members remain aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related coordination.
• Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project teams and clients
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and address communication gaps or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.
• Document and maintain project communication plans, reports, and documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies
• Experience in client relationship management
• Previous experience with client-facing roles or US-based customer service.

Experience: 02–04 years
Location: Bahria Town, Karachi Office
Timings: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm - onsite
