We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a contracting company, with a strong understanding of project scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects.

Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to ensure timely progress.

Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and reports.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.

Prepare progress reports and assist in resolving project issues.

Monitor compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Support procurement activities, including material requisition and vendor follow-up.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related correspondence and records.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination role

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, or other project management tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
