We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking to support ongoing construction and site projects. The ideal candidate should be available for immediate joining and preferably under her own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth execution
- Assist Project Managers in tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Communicate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage and track project resources, material movement, and manpower schedules
- Monitor and report project progress to management regularly
- Handle correspondence and internal coordination across departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or engineering
- Proficient in English and Tagalog (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to join immediately
