Job Title : Projec Coordinator
Full Time - On-Site (6 PM to 3 AM)
Experience: Min 3 years
- Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or similar roles (US, Australia, Canada).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (required).
- Familiarity with the construction industry and project management (preferred).
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to gather feedback and assess needs.
- Provide training on tools and methodologies to enhance client success.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate solution delivery.
- Track project progress, providing regular updates to clients.
- Analyze client feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
