We would like to proceed with hiring a Project Coordinator to support the PMO and active projects . This role is critical in bridging Sales, Projects, and Operations, ensuring accurate project tracking, reporting, governance, and performance visibility across the business.
The role covers
end-to-end project coordination
, with a strong focus on
Microsoft Dynamics ERP
and
project dashboards
to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple projects and business units.

Support
Sales-to-Delivery handover
, ensuring project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are clearly captured and tracked.

Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and milestones.

Prepare
weekly and monthly project dashboards and performance reports
(revenue, cost, progress, risks, KPIs).

Build and maintain
project dashboards
using Excel / Power BI, with data sourced from
Microsoft Dynamics
.

Manage and monitor all project data in
Microsoft Dynamics ERP
, including project setup, budgets, revenue, costs, contracts, PRs, POs, and invoices.

Support coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely billing.

Track project deliverables, scope items, variations, and change requests.

Coordinate project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.

Identify and escalate project risks, delays, commercial impacts, and revenue leakage.

Ensure compliance with PMO governance, reporting standards, and audit requirements.
Key Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (mandatory).

Strong experience in
dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking
.

Solid understanding of
sales-driven project environments
(events, production, construction, or services).

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Power BI is a strong plus
.
