Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in the glass and aluminum industry. The successful candidate will support project management efforts, coordinate activities, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to glass and aluminum manufacturing and installation.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communication between stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management on status, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and schedules.
• Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for projects, ensuring financial compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Support the procurement process for materials and services needed for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the glass and aluminium industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi(Arabic is a plus).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Knowledge of construction and installation processes in the glass and aluminium sector.
• Understanding of industry regulations and standards in the UAE.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
