About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Sales Electrical Engineer with strong experience in LED lighting products and lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will handle project-based sales, technical support to clients, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and end-users. This role requires both technical expertise and strong sales skills in the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities for LED lighting products across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Identify and pursue new project leads with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, lighting proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
• Provide technical support, including product selection, lighting calculations, and design recommendations (Dialux/AutoCAD).
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the design team and suppliers for pricing, samples, and technical documents.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Track ongoing projects, ensure timely submissions, and support tender requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in LED lighting sales, project sales, or lighting design.
• Solid technical knowledge of LED lighting products, drivers, controls, and lighting standards.
• Proficiency in Dialux, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (optional based on your needs).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with indoor, outdoor, façade, and landscape lighting projects.
• Existing network of consultants, contractors, and MEP firms.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes in the UAE/GCC market.
