MEP Design Engineer

We specialize in innovative architectural and engineering solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. We are currently looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to join our growing team, with flexible work arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Prepare load calculations, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems smoothly.
• Conduct site supervision, quality control, and assist in testing and commissioning.
• Prepare material submittals and assist in procurement where necessary.
• Suggest value engineering alternatives and energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant MEP experience (UAE project experience is a plus).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, Navisworks, or equivalent tools.
• Good knowledge of local codes and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple tasks.
