Project Coordinator

At Convertt we are seeking an Intermediate-level Project Coordinator who can independently manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of client commitments. This role  requires strong ownership, communication, and execution skills.

Location: Mega Tower, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Shopify Development, UI/UX, Marketing, Design, etc.).
• Act as a point of contact for internal status updates and task follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges early and escalate when needed.
• Ensure priorities and deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
• Support smoother project execution and improved client servicing.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Basic understanding of software development / AI projects is a plus.
