Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in the façade industry to support and manage project execution from design through installation. The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in façade systems, project planning, coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate façade projects from design stage to final handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Handle project documentation, reports, MOMs, RFIs, and approvals.
• Support in cost control, material planning, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of façade systems (unitized, semi-unitized, stick systems, ACP, glazing, etc.).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and structural calculations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in high-rise/commercial façade projects.
• Exposure to aluminium systems, glass specifications, and structural anchoring systems.
• Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes.
• Experience working with international consultants or EPC contractors (preferred).
