Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery within the scopeand budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and support project managers in daily operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and task lists.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
• Support issue resolution by escalating challenges and proposing solutions.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to manage tasks and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and company policies.
